Your Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU) to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your product, without needing to provide a reason.
This is known as your "right of withdrawal" and applies to all purchases from Strengthcleansin.
What Can Be Returned?
Eligible for Return:
- Products received within 14 days
- Unopened, sealed packaging only
- All original contents included
- In resaleable condition
Not Eligible for Return:
- Opened or partially used products (food safety regulations)
- Damaged packaging (misuse)
- Products returned after 14 days
How to Return
- Contact Us: Email info@strengthcleansin.world with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Instructions: We'll provide a return address and reference number
- Ship It Back: Pack the unopened product securely and send it via recorded delivery
- Get Your Refund: Once received and inspected, we'll refund your purchase price within 14 working days
Return Shipping Costs
Except where otherwise required by law:
- You pay for return postage
- Use recorded delivery for protection
- Keep your tracking reference
Exception: If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we cover return postage.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrived damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately with photos/evidence
- We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you
- We may ask you to return the damaged item for inspection
Refund Process
Once we receive and verify your return:
- We'll inspect the product within 5 working days
- If it meets return conditions, we'll process your refund
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 14 working days
- You'll receive a confirmation email
Non-Returnable Items
For food safety and hygiene reasons, opened supplements cannot be accepted for return or refund. This applies regardless of the reason for return (changed mind, didn't like it, etc.).
